Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs
